1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Certain items cannot be returned (non-returnable items include perishable goods, personal care items, custom products, and digital downloads).
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds: Contact your bank or card issuer if you haven’t received a refund after processing.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color (if applicable).
To request an exchange, contact us before sending the item back.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item).
