Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local handling charges.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
